Services Set

ORANGEBURG, SC – Funeral services for former South Carolina State defensive back Bruce Jackson will be conducted today, at 3 p.m. at Brown Chapel AME Church, 808 Barnes Street, Columbia, SC. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Jackson, 54, died August 13.
The Columbia, SC native and Booker T. Washington graduate played four seasons (1973-77) for the Bulldogs and was a starter at cornerback his final two seasons (1976 & 77).
Arrangements are being handled by Bostick and Tompkins Funeral Home of Columbia.
