MEAC Announces Weekly Football Honors: NORFOLK, Va. - South Carolina State quarterback Caleb York was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced today. Savannah State linebacker Marquis Smith was named Defensive Player of the Week.
