South Carolina State University Athletics - SC State To Allow Limited Number Of Fans During MEAC Games: ORANGEBURG, SC| The South Carolina Department of Athletics is excited to announce that we will be hosting a limited number of fans during MEAC conference play (250 maximum), beginning Saturday, January 9, 2021, due to COVID-19.
